The Moderator shall preside at Council, and meetings of the Pastoral/Staff Relations Committee. He or she shall work cooperatively with the Pastor, Staff, and Church Board in administering the Church program. He or she shall be an ex‑officio member of Church Board, the Commissions, and all Committees of the Church.
