- Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Property care and maintenance, including acquiring custodial staff
- Coordination of outside user groups for use of church facilities
- Coordination of capital improvements and building projects
- Responsibility for monthly financial reports
- Preparation for and coordination of annual Stewardship campaign
- Coordination of annual budget preparation by the Board and the other three Commissions
- Annually appoint an Auditor
- Provide organization to the Planned Gifts Committee
